Those struggling with symptoms like bloating, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, and / or mood swings who just want to feel better and are looking for expert guidance. Whether you have a diagnosable condition like IBS, Leaky Gut or SIBO or you just know things aren’t feeling right and you’re ready to make some changes, this program is for you.

WHAT does this program entail?

One-on-one sessions with a Health Coach & Integrative Nutritionist to help you get to the root cause, offer tailored support, provide gut health education and help you meet your health goals. We are offering two tiers of programs - with one including lab work. Keep reading for details.

  • 8 health coaching sessions with Jena, where we’ll dive deep into your current health status, your overall wellness vision, what motivates you, and set small goals between each session that will leave you feeling empowered and supported.

  • 4 nutrition consulting sessions with Sarah, including customized supplement, food and lifestyle protocols + education and resources. Together you'll review your health history, current health challenges, diet and habits to create a plan that aligns with your goals. In each monthly session, you will pivot / change what is needed based on how your body is responding.

  • Ongoing support between sessions 

  • Customized PDFs and resources to enhance your wellness journey

  • BONUS - Wellness Welcome Gift

Gut Health PLUS Program:

  • 8 health coaching sessions with Jena, where we’ll dive deep into your current health status, your overall wellness vision, what motivates you and set small goals between each session that will leave you feeling empowered and supported.

  • 5 total nutrition consulting sessions with Sarah PLUS labs to help you get a more detailed understanding of your current health status and personalized recommendations to get you closer to optimal gut health. Together you'll review your health history, current health challenges, diet and habits to create a preliminary plan that aligns with your goals. This plan includes a lab review appointment going over your GI map and a plan of action to help restore balance to your GI system. This data will be used to further dial in your plan of action.

Meet Sarah Baker

Sarah's passion is to help clients uncover the root cause of their health challenges, and to guide them through an approachable nutrition, health and lifestyle blueprint that is unique to them and easy to sustain. Sarah helps clients understand what foods will support their healing process, and what foods may be standing in the way of helping their body find balance. She has worked with clients from all over the U.S for 10 years, helping with lifestyle strategies they can implement at home to help their healing process, meal prep and cooking techniques to sustain appropriate nutrition shifts, behavior change strategies and mindset shifts to achieve positive change, nervous system regulation strategies and so much more.

As a mom, Sarah understands how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself when you are experiencing health issues. This is why all of her programs are detailed yet thoughtfully curated into a step-by-step process that is easy to follow. She holds your hand throughout the process and never makes you feel like you are on this journey alone.

Sarah is a published author of two books: Holistic Wellness and The Vegetarian Cookbook for Teens. You can also find her contributing to various morning shows in the Chicagoland area as an on-air health expert.
